review rating 5  My family had a great time at the CluedIn Escape Rooms. There was 9 of us, ranging in ages from 8 to 63, and everyone was able to contribute to solving the mystery, The Game Master. Brian, our host, was wonderful, warm and friendly. The time flew by, and yes, we solved the puzzle before our time was up. Afterwards we did a team photo, making our own signs, CluedIn provided the craft materials and Brian snapped our team picture on our phones. We are definitely going back to take on the other games.

review rating 3  The room was fun for the 11 year old boys birthday party we hosted there for my son. However the party host was very rude and short with the kids. He did not have much patience for them & never really greeted us or smiled. He didn’t want to answer a lot of questions he did a lot more scolding them then letting them explore and have fun. There is a sign that says “free cake if you can escape”. The party host said to the kids - there is no cake you’re not going to cry are you?? In a very rude condescending manner. It was unacceptable for the amount of money we spent there.

review rating 5  Such a great experience during our first experience playing the Gamemaster as a group of 10, that we wanted to come back for my husband's birthday. We played the Double Agent this time. Both games have been planned with such creativity and detail! Many fun twists and careful planning included! We look forward to trying out the last game in the near future.
